AirPhoton AeroExplorerThe automatic filtering sampling station is a programmable system that collects particulate matter from the filter for subsequent analysis. The sampling station consists of an intake/filter and a control box, designed to be compatible with the AirPhoton slot filter FC10. The programmable function can flexibly set the sampling cycle period (one cycle in minutes, hours, or days according to user needs), set the collection and shutdown time, and automatically switch between different filtering slots. All 8 slots can be used, and the filter is portable and can be replaced at any time.

The inlet/filter can be connected to a cyclone separator that can filter particle size ranges (PM1 to PM10). The flow control range of the pump is 1.5 to 7 lpm to set the particle size of the cyclone separator. It can be programmed to automatically switch between two flow rates, transferring particles of different sizes to different designated pipelines, or adjusting the flow rate by setting manual valves on the instrument. Particles can be collected on a single-stage filter, and can be further divided into two stages of filtering - fine-grained and coarse-grained - when there are no changes in hardware or software.

The control box (SS5e) provides 3 input wide ports and 1 digital output port for external devices to communicate with other AirPhoton devices (such as AeroExplorer turbidity meters). Therefore, filter measurements and particle scattering data can be automatically linked to the same database. The data is stored on a removable storage card and automatically backed up internally within the instrument. The import/filter unit (SS5i) and control box (SS5e) are both tightly sealed and isolated from the outside, allowing for outdoor installation under harsh conditions.

AirPhoton 8-slot filter FC10 (sampling station):

The Airphoton 8-slot filter box contains 8 particle sampling filter elements, which greatly reduces the loss of field filters and reduces the collection frequency of sampling personnel for field sampling points. When used together with the Airphoton AeroExplorer filter sampling station (SS5e/SS5i), it can meet the requirement of sampling through 8 channels and can replace the filter cartridge as needed. Each of the 8 slots can accommodate 1 filter for measuring the same particulate matter. The filter box is easy to carry and can be replaced at any time.

Clean air system (turbidity meter):

The N101 and IN102 systems may be contaminated by high concentrations of aerosols, and the CR100 clean air system is designed to compensate for potential calibration drift of IN101 and IN102. Its working principle is to remove aerosol particles from the air that will enter the turbidity meter through a flux HEPA filter, in order to obtain clean air that can be used as a turbidity meter through Rayleigh scattering. CR100 can be used as an accessory for turbidity meters or as a portable desktop reference system.
