1、 Core functions and features

  1. Full power measurement
    Ankerui Harmonic Monitoring Meter APM520 Network InstrumentReal time monitoring of basic electrical parameters such as three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, etc., and supporting four quadrant energy, phase separated energy, apparent energy, and multi rate energy metering. The multiple rate function can set 4 time zones, 14 time periods, and four rates (peak and valley) to meet the needs of time of use electricity price management.


  2. Power Quality Analysis
    Support analysis of voltage/current imbalance, voltage and current phase angle, 2-63rd harmonic, odd even harmonic content, and total harmonic content. It can monitor indicators such as voltage peak coefficient, current K coefficient, and telephone waveform factor. When selecting the S function, it can expand the functions of inter harmonic, flicker monitoring, and fault recording, recording events such as voltage rise/fall/interruption, impulse current, etc., and storing 20 waveforms (10 waves before and after each), each waveform containing 128 periodic points.
  3. Event and alarm records
    It can store the latest 128 DIDO event records and alarm records, and support extreme value statistics (including timestamps) of current, voltage, power and other electrical parameters for this month and last month, making it easy to trace abnormal working conditions.
  4. Flexible Expansion and Interface
    Standard configuration includes 4-channel switch input and 2-channel switch output, supporting optional analog output (4-20mA), wireless communication module, leakage temperature measurement module, etc., which can flexibly adapt to different monitoring scenarios. The communication interface includes RS485 (Modbus RTU/DL/T 645-2007 protocol) and Ethernet (Modbus TCP), supporting remote data transmission and control.
  5. High precision and reliability
    The measurement accuracy of voltage and current reaches 0.2 level, and the accuracy of active power is 0.5S level (increased to 0.2S level when S is selected), which complies with standards such as IEC 61557-12 and GB/T 17215. Through electromagnetic compatibility testing (IEC 61000-4-30, Level 4), the protection level is IP54, and it is suitable for a wide temperature range of -25 ℃ to+65 ℃.
