BJY-W3 Fully Automatic Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Machine

The fully automatic traditional Chinese medicine decoction machine is currently one of the commonly used equipment in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals and clinics. It provides convenience for most customers, avoiding the inconvenience, technical errors, and lack of time caused by frying traditional Chinese medicine at home. For the convenience of everyone, the following is an introduction to the usage method of automatic traditional Chinese medicine decoction.
1、 Installation and debugging
The equipment should be installed in a well ventilated, bright and spacious place.
The installation location requires convenient use of water
Adjust the balance of the decoction machine to make it stable, and lock the wheels of the packaging machine in the locked position.
Connect the power supply and debug according to the instructions.
2、 Machine operation:
Put the drug to be processed into a specially made non-woven bag, tie the mouth, put it into a container, and soak it in cold water for 30 minutes. Clean the decoction machine, open the waste liquid valve, add clean water, close the waste liquid valve, close the medicine liquid valve, put the soaked medicine bag into the medicine pot, and add the soaked liquid and water.
2 Operation steps: Put traditional Chinese medicine and water into the decoction machine, cover the lid, tighten the handle, close the air release safety valve, set the decoction time and temperature, press the heating button, the machine will automatically heat up, and when the set temperature is reached, it will automatically switch to a low heat state. After reaching the set time, the heating will automatically stop. After the medicine is decocted, first open the exhaust safety valve, correctly reduce the pressure (to about 1kg), and then open the drain valve. The liquid is discharged through a liquid discharge hose and injected into the medicine tank of the packaging machine. During the dispensing process, rotate the extrusion device simultaneously to squeeze out the residual liquid in the medicine package. After discharging the medicine, fully open the exhaust safety valve, reduce the pressure to atmospheric pressure, open the handle to remove the medicine pack, turn off the power, and clean it for future use. Specific steps: power supply → heating → stop → open drain valve → squeeze → clean.
3、 Cleaning and maintenance:
1. Cleaning: Decoction machine: After each decoction, rinse the decoction machine with clean water to remove all waste liquid. Clean the lid and sealing ring with a soft cloth to prevent residual liquid from adhering. After work every day, please remove the filter cartridge and thoroughly clean the bottom and inner walls with a soft cloth. Do not use cleaning tools with loose threads or hair.
2 Maintenance: Decoction machine: Rotate the handle nut and screw for a period of time, then add butter to make the operation more flexible and prevent wear and tear. Regularly rinse the inner wall of the drainage hose with clean water.
