PREAMP2 is a broadband, low-noise, multi-channel preamplifier used for ultrasonic testing and acoustic emission testing. In ultrasonic testing, especially for TOFD methods, series probes, and FAST transducers with long coaxial cables, ultrasonic signals are usually weak. Therefore, additional gain and signal-to-noise ratio enhancement are necessary for appropriate signal acquisition. In the acoustic emission testing system, the ability to amplify low signal amplitude events and drive long cables connected to remote sensors is also required. The PREAMP2 preamplifier is equipped with two different sizes. The size of the compact module is 3 'x 2' x 1 '.
