A、 The shell is made of cast aluminum alloy and sprayed with plastic on the surface. The main chamber adopts an explosion-proof structure, and the wiring chamber adopts an increased safety structure. Installation, use, and maintenance
6.1 Installation
6.1.1 Installation work must be carried out by professionals.
6.1.2 Before installation, the basic data listed on the nameplate of the distribution box should be checked to ensure that it meets the actual usage conditions.
6.1.3 Check whether the compression sealing ring and gasket inside the introduction device of the distribution box are complete and intact.
6.1.4 Connect the distribution box to the grounding system of the site, and the grounding should be firm and reliable.
6.1.5 All fasteners must have anti loosening measures and will not loosen on their own.
6.1.6 When users connect wires, they only need to open the junction box, and the main chamber cover does not need to be opened.
6.2 Use
6.2.1 During use, it is strictly prohibited to open the lid with electricity.
6.3 Maintenance
6.3.1 After installation or maintenance, attention should be paid to keeping the sealing ring at the inlet of the device tightly pressed to avoid affecting the explosion-proof performance of the product or causing water ingress inside the product and resulting in malfunction.
6.3.2 Regularly inspect the sealing ring of the introduction device, and replace it immediately if aging is found on the sealing ring.
6.3.3 Regularly inspect the explosion-proof surface and promptly apply anti rust oil to the explosion-proof surface.
