Carbon steel explosion-proof control box
1. Suitable for hazardous areas in Zone 1 and Zone 2 of explosive gas environments;
2. Suitable for explosive gas environments of IIA, IIB, and IIC levels;
3. Suitable for Zone 20, Zone 21, and Zone 22 environments with flammable gases and dust;
4. Suitable for environments with temperature groups T1-T6;
5. Suitable for explosive hazardous environments such as petroleum and petrochemical, chemical, brewing, pharmaceutical, painting, textile, printing and dyeing, and * facilities;
Structural requirements for stainless steel explosion-proof lighting distribution box
1. The operating handle of the explosion-proof distribution box should be flexible in operation, reliable in action, and have clear "open" and "close" signs.
2. The electrical clearance inside the explosion-proof distribution box junction box shall not be less than 6mm, and the creepage distance shall not be less than 10mm.
3. The material of the explosion-proof distribution box shell should be made of cast aluminum alloy with a total content of magnesium and titanium not exceeding 6% (by weight).
4. The transparent parts of the explosion-proof distribution box should be made of tempered glass.
5. All fasteners of the explosion-proof distribution box should have measures to prevent them from loosening on their own.
6. All black metal components of the explosion-proof distribution box should be treated with rust prevention measures.
7. The explosion-proof distribution box should be equipped with internal and external grounding screws, and marked with the grounding symbol "〨". The internal and external grounding screws should comply with the provisions of Chapter 11 of GB12476.1-2000.
8. The minimum joint width and maximum allowable gap between the surfaces of the carbon steel explosion-proof control box shell should comply with Table 2 of GB12476.1-2000. The minimum passage length and maximum allowable diameter gap of the control rod should comply with Table 5 of GB12476.1-2000. The surface roughness Ra of the joint surface should not exceed 6.3 μ m.
9. The minimum effective width of the joint surface of the explosion-proof distribution box gasket should comply with the provisions of Table 3 in GB12476.1-2000.
10. The flat joint surface of the explosion-proof distribution box should have anti rust measures, and can be coated with 204-1 displacement type anti rust oil.
11. The outer surface of the explosion-proof distribution box shell should be coated with silver gray powder paint.
