This machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and a large working gap, and has high processing capacity.
The principle is that when the slurry enters the magnetic field zone, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, and the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are thrown away and discharged. The strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder rotate with the cylinder and are carried out of the magnetic field zone. They are washed with water and flushed into the concentrate tank to complete the component selection operation.
The same cylinder of this machine can be equipped with three types of tanks: semi counter current tank (CTB), counter current tank (CTN), and co current tank (CTS), which are suitable for different sorting particle sizes and different sorting process requirements.
The semi counter current tank is suitable for coarse and fine selection of ore particles with a particle size of 0.5-0mm, especially for fine selection of minerals with a particle size of 0.15-0.0mm.
The counter current tank is suitable for coarse and sweep selection of ore particles with a particle size of 0.6-0.0mm, as well as heavy medium recovery in the coal preparation industry.
The downstream trough is suitable for coarse and fine selection of ores with a particle size of 6-0mm.
