Purpose:
HYA and HYAC cables are urban communication cables designed for switching areas and trunk lines. They can be used to transmit audio signals and digital signals with 2B+D rates or below in integrated business digital networks. They can also be used to transmit digital signals at 2048 Kbit/s or analog signals below 150 KH.
The HYA series cables are mainly used for pipeline laying and can also be used for overhead, but they require hanging wires and are suitable for underground (pipeline, direct burial) and overhead laying.
The HYA53 cable improves the mechanical strength and corrosion resistance of the cable, and can be laid in any way, making it more suitable for direct burial in rocky areas. The operating temperature ranges from -30 ℃ to 60 ℃.

3. Twisting: Twist two insulated single wires of different colors into pairs at different pitches to minimize crosstalk to the greatest extent possible, and use a specified chromatographic combination to identify wire pairs.
4. Cable core: It is made up of twisted basic or super units, and each unit is wrapped with a specified chromatographic cable tie to identify different units. 100 pairs or more of cables are equipped with 1% reserve wire pairs, but the maximum number is 6 pairs. (For cables with a wire diameter of 0.32mm, there can be no more than 10 pairs.).
5. Cable core wrapping: Wrap the cable core with non hygroscopic tape.
6. Aluminum plastic bonding composite sheath:
(1) Shielding: Use 0.30mm thick double-sided coated aluminum tape, longitudinally wrap it outside the cable core wrapping tape, overlap both sides by more than 6mm and bond them together, and use embossed longitudinal wrapping for 400 pairs or more.
