Structure and properties
This testing machine consists of a body, an impact pendulum, a sample support, a measuring device, a control mechanism, and other parts
Body: composed of a crossbeam, angle positioning mechanism, and level.
Impact pendulum: composed of an upper connecting sleeve, pendulum rod, pendulum, positioning block, impact blade, etc. The pendulum energy consists of 2 main pendulums and 4 sets of counterweight weights. The two main pendulums are 1J and the counterweight body of the large pendulum. There are 4 sets of counterweights, namely 2.75J, 5.5J, 11J, and 22J counterweights (all counterweights have steel stamps on them). Users can choose different counterweights according to their needs.
Sample support: composed of jaw support and jaws. Before the experiment, the appropriate pendulum energy can be selected according to the sample requirements (test type).
Control mechanism: composed of a release mechanism and a handle. The mechanism fixes the impact pendulum at a 150 ° position and automatically drops the hammer for impact.
Measurement device: composed of a digital acquisition system. Display the energy consumed by the sample after being impacted. The impact energy is calculated according to the following formula:
E=Pd (cosβ-cosα)
In the formula: Pd - impact pendulum moment (constant)
α - measured value of pre swing angle of impact pendulum (constant)
β - angle of rise after impact
In this experiment, as long as the elevation angle β is measured, the energy E value can be calculated. The digital display system of this testing machine is designed based on the above principles, so it can directly read the final data.
