1、 Introduction:

The ZY-2000G computerized Mooney viscosity meter consists of a measurement and control module, platinum resistance, and heater for measuring and controlling temperature. It can automatically track changes in the power grid and environmental temperature, automatically correct PID parameters, and achieve rapid temperature control. The data acquisition system and electromechanical interlocking system automatically and real-time display the temperature value and set value of the torque signal during the rubber testing process. After vulcanization, automatic processing, automatic calculation, printing of Mooney and Charcoal curves and process parameters. The computer displays the experimental process in real-time, and the changes in "temperature" and "time Mooney" can be clearly seen from above.
