Suitable for turning flanges such as gate valves, globe valves, check valves, filters, fittings, fire hydrants, elbows, butterfly valves, etc. made of cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel, stainless steel, etc. (depending on the workpiece range) for DN50-DN800 (machine tool selection). With one clamping, the outer circle, end face, and water line of the valve flange can be machined in 1-3 minutes. This machine tool consists of main components such as a base, CNC slide table, power head, and flat rotary disc. The transmission adopts a gapless ball screw to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece. The machine tool has high working efficiency and low energy consumption.
