Working Principle:

Notes:

1. Operators should receive training on the knowledge of thermal oil electric heaters and obtain certification from the local boiler safety supervision agency.

2. The user must establish operating procedures. The operating procedures should include methods and precautions for starting, running, shutting down, emergency shutdown, etc. Operators must operate according to the operating procedures.

3. Pipelines within the scope should be insulated, but flange connections should not be covered.

4. During the heating process, the exhaust valve of the expansion tank should be opened to exhaust the mixed steam of air, water, and organic heat carriers before entering normal operation.

5. Organic heat carriers must undergo dehydration before they can be used. Different organic heat carriers should not be mixed for use. When mixed use is required, the organic heat carrier production unit should provide the mixing conditions and requirements before mixing.

6. The residual carbon, acid value, viscosity, and flash point of the organic heat carrier in use should be analyzed annually. When two analyses fail or the content of decomposed components in the heat carrier exceeds 10%, the heat carrier should be replaced or regenerated.

7. The heating surface should be inspected and cleaned regularly, and the inspection and cleaning results should be recorded in the boiler technical file.

8. After installation or major repairs, the user unit and the installation or repair unit should conduct a hydraulic test at 1.5 times the working pressure before putting it into operation. Only after passing the test can it be put into operation. During hydraulic and air tightness tests, the local boiler safety supervision agency should send personnel to participate.

9. The boiler room should have effective fire prevention and extinguishing measures.
