Installation and use

1. Firstly, check whether the frame and fan blades are deformed, whether the fan blades rotate flexibly, and whether there is any friction phenomenon. Check if all fasteners are complete and tightened.
2. The line voltage must match the rated voltage on the motor.
3. Use a 500V megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the motor. If the resistance value is less than 5M Ω, the drying method or short-circuit current method should be used for drying treatment to make the insulation resistance greater than 5M Ω.
4. Small explosion-proof switches must be used as power switches, or ordinary switches must be installed in outdoor areas without explosion hazards.
5. The outer diameter of the cable connected to the power supply should match the sealing ring. After tightening and tightening the nut, it should be ensured that there is no gap between the sealing ring and the cable, and between the sealing ring and the outlet. Otherwise, the explosion-proof performance will be lost.
6. During assembly, it should be ensured that the explosion-proof clearance is less than 0.2mm. The lubricating grease for the motor bearings should be replaced with ZG-2H composite calcium based lubricant.
7. The non wiring part of the explosion-proof motor cannot be disassembled at will. When wiring, open the cover of the wiring room, insert the lead wire and connect it to the terminal. After connection, cover the cover and tighten the screws to ensure that the explosion-proof surface gap is less than 0.2mm. Then tighten the wire outlet to prevent the lead wire from moving.
Attention: During installation, pay attention to the explosion-proof surface. The explosion-proof surface during assembly must be coated with 204-1 anti rust grease. All explosion-proof surfaces must not be damaged or corroded, otherwise they will lose their explosion-proof performance. If there is any damage or corrosion, it must be repaired according to the "Regulations for Handling Defects in Explosion proof Electrical Equipment Explosion proof Surfaces".
8. The exhaust fan in use should be regularly cleaned of dust and other accumulated substances on the motor to avoid affecting heat dissipation.
9. When reusing exhaust fans that have not been used for a long time, they should be checked again according to the instructions and can only be used if they are suitable.
