1、 Product Overview:

Suitable for floors and walls that require high cleanliness, pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance, such as office buildings, GMP pharmaceutical factories, food factories, chemical and mechanical factories, hospitals, electronics factories, electrical factories, general factories, warehouses, etc. This product is divided into floor topcoat type, intermediate coat type, ordinary type, and anti-static type.

2、 Application Features
1. The coating is full, with uniform color and gloss.
2. Wear resistant, washable, impact resistant, dust-proof, slip resistant, oil resistant, alkali resistant, acid resistant, excellent waterproof performance.
3. Rich and colorful colors, with good decorative performance.
4. The intermediate coat can be scraped with a scraper, while the topcoat can be applied using methods such as brushing, rolling, spraying, and troweling.

4、 Construction parameters:
1. Apply coating on the floor surface coated with Crown KD001 primer.
2. Open the bucket and stir thoroughly until there is no sediment at the bottom of the bucket. Add a special curing agent according to the specified weight ratio of the paint to the curing agent; Mix thoroughly and let it mature for 10-20 minutes before use. Use up within 4 hours during construction.
3. Construction method:
① Scraping and painting: After the primer is dry, use a scraper to apply a batch of intermediate paint to fill the holes in the floor. After the intermediate coat is dry, use a polishing machine to polish off any uneven knife marks and particles generated by the batch coating, and use a vacuum cleaner to remove them.
② Rolling topcoat: After mixing the topcoat, use the rolling method to evenly roll the floor once.
③ Topcoat: Mix KD004 topcoat with curing agent and apply it to the floor using a rolling method to increase its wear resistance, pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance.
4. During and after the construction process, good ventilation must be maintained, and the coating interval should be 12-24 hours.
5. Theoretical consumption: If the influence of various factors in actual construction is not considered, the theoretical consumption of paint is generally about 0 2kg/m2。
6. Diluent and dilution ratio: epoxy specific diluent, 1-10%.
7. The validity period is six months. If it exceeds the validity period and passes the re inspection, it can still be used.
