Yumeisi B1 grade rubber is uniformly foamed through high-quality formula and process, which reduces the thermal conductivity with the decrease of material density. The thermal insulation ability of rubber foam insulation material mainly relies on a large amount of closed foam gas inside. Moderate apparent density and structurally uniform and stable pores result in a thermal conductivity of 0.034 or better at 0 ℃,The pores are also more uniform and fine, with strong resistance to water vapor penetration and extended service life. The interior is a closed bubble structure, making it difficult for water from the outside air to penetrate into the material. It has the ability to resist water vapor penetration, and there is no need to add a vapor barrier layer on the surface of the cold insulation layer. A moisture resistance factor μ value greater than 3500 (ISO9346) constitutes a built-in waterproof vapor layer, which does not affect the overall vapor barrier even if the product is scratched.
