Product Features:

The control panel adopts decoupling and shockproof treatment, and the internal and external isolation devices can actively isolate vibrations above 2HZ.

The refrigeration equipment and weighing system are separated into cabinets, with no vibration source for the main unit, easy assembly and handling, and a system working noise of ≤ 25db

The interior of the box adopts an upward blowing and downward suction circulation mode and is equipped with an air filtration device to ensure that the air cleanliness inside the box reaches Class 1000.

The robotic arm and rotating tower drive adopt closed-loop servo control, which can be repeatedly positioned with a positioning accuracy of less than 0.01mm

The system automatically identifies the type of weighing sample, and when the matching is inconsistent, it will automatically sound an alarm. The weighing data will be saved in the upper computer database.

Equipped with two sets of embedded scanning and recognition modules (capable of recognizing QR codes, barcodes, etc.), the large window scanning increases the viewing angle of the image sensor for faster recognition, and can input information such as sample location and purpose for easy tracking.

The system is equipped with USB power supply, self resetting in case of power failure, automatic alarm prompts for mechanical arm failure, system overheating, automatic water replenishment, and water shortage.

The samples are encoded using tooling racks, suitable for various material samples, and are scanned using dual scanning modules for rotation.

The balance tray is equipped with a deviation alarm device, and the robotic arm has automatic detection and correction functions for small deviations

The sample tower is independently designed and can accommodate multiple specifications of filter membranes, filter heads, and filter cartridges at a time

The balance automatically resets to zero, with manual and automatic calibration functions, and can be calibrated on the upper computer.

The upper computer uses our independently developed software to achieve functions such as automatic weighing, automatic weighing, automatic calculation of results, and printing reports in accordance with national standards.

The robotic arm has a collision alarm function to prevent the low concentration sampling head from slipping and to prevent the tray from shaking.
