Emergency measures for hydraulic lifting column in case of emergency
When the equipment is in a raised state and the power grid is cut off, the distribution box control system cannot start normally due to the power outage. There is a 12V lead-acid battery in the distribution box. To avoid affecting the normal passage of vehicles, the pressure relief combination button is often pressed - the down button and stop button on the box are pressed simultaneously. If the column does not move or slides down for a period of time without moving, manual downward pressure can be applied until the column is level with the ground.
Wireless remote control for lifting and lowering the column:
There are three buttons on the wireless remote control, which are up, down, and stop. Use a wireless remote control to raise or lower the device, and use the stop button to stop the device before the action is completed. (Optional according to different customer needs)

Daily precautions for hydraulic lifting column

Pay attention to pedestrians during the ascent operation to avoid injury.

It is strictly prohibited to fill the gaps around the column with sediment and debris to avoid affecting the normal lifting and lowering of the column.
Avoid frequent lifting and lowering in a short period of time, otherwise it may cause the motor to heat up and damage the motor.
During use, if it is found that some lifting columns are much higher than other columns.
It is strictly prohibited to scratch the surface of the column, which may cause damage to the column.

When the column is not working properly and the rise and fall are completed, press the stop button once to avoid damage to electrical components that prevent the motor from burning out.

1. Digging foundation pits:
Dig a foundation pit based on the external dimensions of the product. The size of the foundation pit: length: determined according to the on-site road conditions;
Width: 600-800mm;
Depth: 1400mm (including 300mm of permeable layer).
2. Make permeable layer:
Mix sand and crushed stones and place a 300mm permeable layer from the bottom of the foundation pit upwards. The permeable layer should be leveled and compacted to prevent equipment from sinking. If the conditions are met, crushed stones below 10mm can be selected, and sand is not required. )Choose whether to carry out drainage according to different regional conditions.
3. Remove the product outer cylinder and level it:
Use an inner hexagon to remove the outer barrel of the product, place it on the permeable layer, adjust the levelness of the outer barrel, make the upper surface of the outer barrel slightly higher than the ground level by 3-5mm, and weld reinforcement with steel bars around the outer barrel to prevent tilting.
4. Pre embedded conduit:
Pre embed conduit according to the position of the reserved outlet holes on the surface of the outer barrel. The diameter of the conduit is determined based on the number of lifting columns. Generally, each lifting column requires one 3 * 1.5 power line and one 2 * 0.75 pressure relief solenoid valve control line. If there is a light strip, an additional 2 * 0.5 power line should be provided. The specific use should be determined before construction according to the customer's needs and different power distribution.
5. Debugging:
Connect the circuit to the device, perform ascending and descending operations, observe the ascending and descending of the device, adjust the lifting height of the device, and check for oil leakage.
6. Fixed equipment, pouring:
Place the equipment into the pit, backfill with an appropriate amount of sand, fix the equipment with stones, and then pour concrete slowly and evenly until it is level with the surface of the equipment.
