Overview
Wuhu car stopper style/Wuhu community parking intelligent car stopper gate, also known as a car stopper, is a channel entrance and exit management device specifically used to restrict the movement of motor vehicles on the road. It is widely used in highway toll stations and parking lot systems to manage vehicle channels and manage the entry and exit of vehicles. The electric barrier gate can be independently controlled through wireless remote control to achieve the lifting and lowering of the gear, or it can be automatically managed through the parking lot management system (i.e. IC card management system). Vehicles can be released when entering the site to collect their cards, and when leaving the site, parking fees will be collected and vehicles will be automatically released.

Primary Investigation of Network Topology Connection Methods in Parking Lot Systems
The customer discovered a malfunction by directly connecting the camera to the computer: If the ping command cannot be pinged through the computer, please check if it is in the same network segment? Is there a conflict between the computer IP address and the device IP?
The license plate recognition system detected a malfunction through the user's computer router connected to the camera: please check if the router has wireless functionality and if there is a conflict between the DHCP IP address of the wireless device and the device. Alternatively, please check if the user's computer and device are both on the LAN port (i.e. in the same network segment). When there is a problem with the camera connecting to the router or switch, we usually recommend that customers connect the camera directly to the computer for testing.

The customer discovered a malfunction through the automatic license plate recognition system switch connected to the camera: please check if there are any IP address conflicts between devices in the network, or if the network is in a network storm, causing the switch to occupy a lot of network bandwidth. When there are multiple devices in the switch network, disconnect unnecessary other devices and let the camera work in a relatively clean network environment.

Wuhu Car Barrier Style/Wuhu Community Parking Intelligent Car Barrier GateTroubleshooting of Network Cable Issues in License Plate Recognition System

If the customer uses their own configured power supply, what are the specifications of the customer's power supply? (Voltage must meet 12V ± 5%, current must be ≥ 2A)
If the current of the customer's self selected power supply exceeds 2A, for example, if the customer uses a 12V/5A power supply to power our equipment, but at the same time, this power supply also supplies power to other devices of the customer. Before identifying the issue, please disconnect all power sources from other external load devices. (Apart from our camera equipment)
The specification issue of the network cable used: For our twisted pair cables with specifications above Category 5 (i.e. applicable to both Category 5 and Category 6 cables), we choose shielded twisted pair cables to ensure good signal quality.
Network cable quality issue: Is there a break in the middle of the network cable? Is there any loose or broken wire at the connection of the crystal head? When a network failure occurs, we recommend replacing the faulty network cable with a problem free one and trying again.

The issue with the length of the network cable connecting the parking lot charging system to the camera: The network cable length cannot exceed 100 meters (according to Ethernet transmission standards). If it exceeds 100 meters, we suggest adding a switch relay or replacing the fiber optic transmission method in the middle.

Does the parking lot system use the power supply we provided? What is the voltage after the device is turned on? If there are testing conditions, please test them (indicator: 12V ± 5%)
