Detection principle:

Particle strength testing involves applying gradually increasing axial pressure to cause a single particle to fracture, and recording the pressure value it experiences before fracture as a strength indicator. Brittle particles fracture at the pressure supercritical failure threshold, while the compressive strength of different particle types is determined by analyzing the mechanical response characteristics during loading.
