4. Usage method
4.1 Test Preparation
4.1.1 Connect the instrument to the AC 220V power grid using the power cord provided for the instrument.
4.1.2. Turn on the power switch (10) on the rear panel, the instrument is in its initial state, and the display shows "000". Preheat for 1 minute before entering the testing process.
4.1.3. Insert the test line provided by this instrument into the test holes (1) and (2) on the instrument panel and connect it to the test object.
4.2 Insulation resistance test
4.2.1. Lightly press the operation key "Insulation" (5) for about 2 seconds, and the character "M Ω" will appear in the lower right corner of the display window. The instrument will enter the solid discharge tube insulation resistance test function state.
4.2.2. Click the panel operation button "Start" (7), the "Positive Insulation Resistance" indicator light (4) will light up, and the display window will show the positive insulation resistance value of the test sample; On this basis, click the "Start" button again, the "Reverse Insulation Resistance" indicator light (4) will light up, and the display window will show the reverse insulation resistance value of the test sample.
The insulation resistance value exceeds the range and overflows, and the display window shows "1".
Repeatedly connect the test sample and click the "start button" repeatedly to continuously measure the forward and reverse insulation resistance values of multiple test samples.
Click the "Voltage" button to restore the instrument to its initial state in 4.1.2.
