Mainly utilizing the ultrasonic cavitation impact effect. The high-frequency and high-voltage oscillation signal is emitted by the ultrasonic vibration box, which is converted into mechanical vibration by the transducer and transmitted to the cleaning medium. The ultrasonic beam that radiates in a continuous and straight line in a continuous manner generates thousands of negative pressure bubbles as it travels through the medium. These bubbles form a series of dense explosions on the surface of the object to be cleaned under a certain pressure, continuously impacting the surface of the object to be cleaned, including penetrating to the other side of the object, as well as all the internal cavities, blind holes, and narrow slits that invade the medium, peeling off the dirt attached to the surface of the object to achieve a perfect effect. At the same time, ultrasound also has the function of emulsification and neutralization, which can more effectively prevent the cleaned oil stains from reattaching to the cleaned object.
