Product Introduction:
Welding rods are prone to absorbing moisture from the air, which has an extremely adverse effect on the welding process performance. To ensure welding quality, welding rods must be dried before use.
This type of welding rod oven is suitable for drying welding rods with a length of less than 45cm, and can dry up to 500kg at the same time. It has insulation timing function. It can also be used for baking, drying, heat treatment, insulation, and other purposes on other workpieces (those that do not require high temperature uniformity).

Technical features:
The shell of this type of welding electrode oven is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the outer surface is coated with light gray paint. The inner liner is made of stainless steel plate and uses a stainless steel tubular electric heater, which has a long service life for the whole machine. The space between the outer shell and the inner liner is filled with ceramic fibers and rock wool, providing excellent insulation performance. Adopting digital PID automatic constant temperature instrument, clear and eye-catching, easy to operate, branded electrical components, stable operation, and low maintenance cost.
