The pump bypass valve, control circuit board, and pilot valve form a valve unit used to control the pump in a pressure supply system with an accumulator. According to the system pressure, the valve controls the working cycle of the pump, "load accumulator" or "pressure reducing bypass". The P-type connector is connected to the pressure port of the pump, the A-type connector is connected to the pressure pipeline of the system, and the T-type connector is connected to the non pressure tank.


The flow of the pump enters the pump bypass valve at the P connector. At the basic position, the pressure generated by the pump is used to close the 2/2-way valve (2) through the X and Z2 pipelines. This will cause the one-way valve (1) to open, and the pump flow will be supplied to the system through the A-connector.


On the pilot valve, the required pressure value "PE" is set by adjusting the screw (3). According to the set value, the spring (4) will generate a force that presses the valve piston (6) into the valve seat (7). Therefore, the Y-line is disconnected from the X-line and Z2 line, and the resulting pump pressure closes the 2/2-way valve. When the hydraulic power generated by pressure exceeds the power set by the spring (4) on A -, the pilot valve switches, thus setting the power on the Z1 connector. Then, the piston valve (5) lifts the valve piston (6) away from the valve seat (7). Therefore, the control surface of the 2/2-way valve (2) is depressurized, and it opens and connects to the pipeline "P, T". Therefore, the pump flow is delivered to the tank without pressure. At the same time, check valve (1) closes and cuts off the backflow of the system. The valve piston (6) remains in the open position until the system pressure at the A joint is lower than the set pressure value "PE" minus the switch hysteresis value; The 2/2-way valve (2) remains open during this period
