1. Prepare
(1) Connect the pump station
Connect the high-pressure outlet of the pump to the high-pressure inlet of the hydraulic wrench, and connect the low-pressure outlet of the pump to the low-pressure inlet of the hydraulic wrench with high-pressure oil pipes. The quick connector on the oil pipe should be fully inserted during connection.
(2) Carefully check whether the oil pipe joint is connected reliably and whether there is oil in the pump.
(3) Insert the power plug of the pump into the power source.
Warning: Do not operate without oil!
2. Trial operation
(1) Place the wrench on the open ground.
(2) Turn on the power switch of the pump station, start the pump station, and check if the motor is running normally.
(3) Make the wrench idle for several times, observe the direction of the wrench to determine whether it is loosening or locking motion. Only when there are no abnormalities can the wrench be placed on the socket.
3. Operation
(1) Determine the actual required locking torque size
Users can determine the locking torque according to the design requirements of their own devices; If there are no design requirements, it is recommended to determine based on the recommended data in Table 3. The specific method is: locking torque=(data in the table) × (70-80)%.
For example:8.8Grade M45 bolts, the recommended pre tightening torque in the table is 4090N·mThe actual locking torque is:
4090×80%=3272 N·m.
(2) Determine the set pressure value of the pump station
Set the pump station pressure based on the required torque value and the type of wrench used. as mentioned above8.8Grade M45 bolt with a locking torque of 3272N·m, then look up the table and find the corresponding 3272N·mThe pressure of the pump station during torque is 29MPaTherefore, the pump station pressure should be set at 29MPa.
(3) Method for setting pump station pressure
As shown in Figure 2, turn the reversing handle to position A, start the wrench, and observe the pressure gauge. When the piston rod moves to the limit position, the pressure gauge pointer rises rapidly from "0". At the same time, adjust the knob of the high-pressure relief valve on the pump station clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to decrease pressure, and direct the pressure gauge pointer to the desired pressure. After the pressure gauge pointer stabilizes, tighten the locking nut of the high-pressure relief valve knob.
(4) Lock nut
As shown, for the case of locking the nut, first place the socket on the nut to be locked, and then place the wrench on the socket,
Make the square head on the wrench fit well with the inner square hole on the socket. Then find the reaction point and rely on stability. Start locking, turn the reversing handle to position A (counterclockwise), and the wrench will start running. When the piston rod reaches the limit position, place the reversing handle to position B (clockwise), and repeat this process until the wrench rotates several times until the straight nut stops moving. Then remove the wrench.

(5) Loosen the nut

1. When locking and loosening, the working pressure of the system must not exceed 70MPa.
2. When using an electric pump with electromagnetic commutation, it is important to note that when the piston rod reaches the limit position at both ends, the button must be immediately released for commutation.
3. When using an electric pump with manual directional control, it is important to note that when the piston rod reaches the limit position at both ends, the directional valve handle must be immediately placed in the middle position before reversing.
4. When using a manual pump, the handle should be shaken evenly and slowly when approaching the required pressure and torque.
5. The high-pressure hose should be in a free state and should not be bent into a circle with a diameter less than 500mm. Keep the quick connector clean before connection, screw on the dust cap after use, and conduct an annual pressure test on the rubber hose.
6. Do not drop or press heavy objects onto the high-pressure hose, and do not use the high-pressure hose to drag and lift other hydraulic components.
7. Apply lubricating grease to the connecting hinge shafts and moving parts of the hydraulic wrench to reduce torque loss caused by friction.
8. Special reminder: The hydraulic wrench provided by our company is strictly prohibited from being used in working environments above 80 ℃.
9. Before each use, run the hydraulic system several times empty to remove any air.
Warning: It is strictly prohibited to disassemble the quick connector when the system is under pressure!
1. The various parts of the wrench should be kept clean regularly, and there should be no dust or dirt around the oil pump, oil cylinder, and rubber hose.
2. The working fluid is hydraulic oil with a kinematic viscosity of L-HM32-L-HM46. It is strictly prohibited to use alcohol, water, glycerin, oil, brake oil, ordinary engine oil, etc. as working fluids.
3. The working fluid should be replaced once a year.
4. The working fluid must be filtered and cleaned using a 120-200 mesh filter.
5. When using, handle with care and there should be no dropping or collision.
6. When not in use, use rust proof oil appropriately for rust prevention treatment to prevent rusting. And pack and store in a dry and suitable temperature indoor environment.
7. High pressure oil pipes should be properly stored and not corroded by corrosive gases and liquids. Rubber hoses are prone to aging due to long-term use and storage, and should be regularly inspected and replaced.
