1. The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with installation feet to increase the stability of the pump. It has a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment.
2. The ISG pipeline pump impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the pump and low vibration noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seals.
4. The ISG pipeline pump is easy to install and maintain, without the need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply remove the pump coupling nut to extract all rotor components.
5. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.

IRG type hot water circulation pumpMain purpose:

1. ISG type pipeline centrifugal pump is used for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden irrigation, fire pressure boosting, and equipment matching. It is suitable for temperatures T: ≤ 80 ℃.
2. The IRG (GRG) type hot water (high temperature) circulation pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels, restaurants and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating system circulation pumps. The IRG is suitable for temperature T: ≤ 120 ℃, and the GRG is suitable for temperature T: ≤ 240 ℃.
3. IHG type pipeline chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, and is suitable for temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 120 ℃.
4. YG type pipeline oil pump, used for transporting petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, etc., suitable for temperature T: -20 ℃ -120 ℃.

Working conditions:

1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the high working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please indicate the system working pressure when placing an order. If the pump system working pressure is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when placing an order, so that the overcurrent components and connecting parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
2. Environmental temperature<40 ℃, relative humidity<95%.
The volume content of solid particles in the three conveying media shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is with small particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
