ISG centrifugal pipeline pumpIt adopts a single-stage single suction vertical centrifugal pump, which is modified based on IS to become a compact pump. It does not have a coupling like IS, but the impeller of the pump is directly connected to the shaft of the motor. The motor can also be replaced with an explosion-proof motor, which can be used to transport oil and other substances. Cast iron can also be replaced with stainless steel material for transporting corrosive liquids. If the material is replaced with stainless steel and the motor is replaced with a Pangbao motor, it can still transport a package of substances. On the basis of general vertical pumps, clever combination design and manufacturing are carried out. At the same time, based on different applicable temperatures and media, ISG vertical pipeline pumps are derived from hot water pipeline pumps, high-temperature pipeline pumps, corrosive chemical pumps, oil pumps and other series of products. ISG pipeline pumps have the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance.

Features:

1. The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with installation feet to increase the stability of the pump. It has a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment.
2. The ISG pipeline pump impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the pump and low vibration noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seals.
4. The ISG pipeline pump is easy to install and maintain, without the need to disassemble the pipeline system. Simply remove the pump coupling nut to extract all rotor components.
5. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
6. Vertical and horizontal installation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of pipeline layout.

The IRG is suitable for temperature T: ≤ 120 ℃, and the GRG is suitable for temperature T: ≤ 240 ℃.
3. IHG type pipeline chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, and is suitable for temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 120 ℃.
4. YG type pipeline oil pump, used for transporting petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, etc., suitable for temperature T: -20 ℃ -120 ℃.

Working conditions:

1. ISG pipeline pump suction pressure ≤ 1.0Mpa, or pump system high working pressure ≤ 1.6Mpa, that is, pump suction inlet pressure+pump head ≤ 1.6Mpa. The static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5Mpa. Please specify the system operating pressure when placing an order. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
2. The ISG pipeline pump is suitable for environments with temperatures below 40 ℃ and relative humidity below 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
