The KY-200 total chlorine content analyzer applies the principle of microcoulometry analysis and uses a computer to control the entire analysis process. The sample is injected into the lysis tube by a syringe to react and convert into titratable ions, which are then carried into the titration cell by a carrier gas. The titrant in the electrolyte is consumed, and an equal amount of titrant is generated and consumed through electrolysis. The amount of electricity consumed during the electrolysis process is measured, and the sample content is calculated based on Faraday's law. The instrument is mainly used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, coal, and scientific research institutions. Mainly for quantitative and qualitative analysis of sulfur and chlorine content in samples, the instrument is controlled by a computer.

The microcomputer automatically calculates the total chlorine content in the sample based on the amount of electricity consumed by the generated silver ions and Faraday's law. The entire analysis process is controlled by a computer, and the samples are loaded by an automatic sampler, with a high degree of instrument automation. It can be used for the analysis of trace sulfur or chlorine in petrochemical products, and is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, scientific research, teaching, environmental protection, quality inspection, and commercial inspection.
