MHYA32 80 * 2 * 1/0.8 Mining Steel Wire Armored Communication Cable
Mining communication cable structure;
1. Wire: Annealed bare copper wire with diameters of 0.30, 0.42, 0.52, 0.60, 0.70, 0.80, 0.90 (mm).
2. Insulation material: high-density polyolefin or polypropylene, indicating the color of the insulation wire according to the full chromatographic standard.
3. Insulated wire pair: Twist two insulated wires of different colors into pairs at different pitches, and use a specified chromatographic combination to identify the wire pair.
4. Communication cable core structure: Based on 1 pair as the basic unit, cables with more than 25 pairs are combined by unit, and each unit is wrapped with a unit cable tie of the specified color spectrum to identify different units. For cables with 100 or more pairs of wires, there is a 1% reserve wire pair, but the maximum number should not exceed 6 pairs. Fill the gaps inside the cable core with petroleum paste.
5. Cable core wrapping tape: Wrap it with polyester film tape.MHYA32 80 * 2 * 1/0.8 Mining Steel Wire Armored Communication Cable

6. Shielding: Copper wire shielding or using embossed (or non embossed) metal tape, with the metal tape longitudinally wrapped outside the communication cable core wrapping tape.
7. Sheath: Blue high-density polyethylene. Double layered sheathed communication cables can also be provided.
Identification and length marking of mining communication cables; The outer surface of the cable is marked with sexual identification marks, with an interval of no more than 1m. The marking content includes: wire diameter, number of wire pairs, cable model, manufacturer's name and code, and manufacturing year. The length mark is marked on the outer surface with an interval of no more than 1m, but it is staggered from the above markings. The mining communication cable adopts full spectrum insulation and aluminum-plastic composite sheath (i.e. the longitudinal shielding aluminum tape of the cable is bonded to the sheath to form a sealed protective layer), which has the characteristics of electrical performance and convenient construction.

The installation of flame-retardant network cables for coal mines must be strictly sealed according to the construction process. The intermediate joint must adopt a sealing structure with a metal copper shell and PE or PVC insulation anti-corrosion layer to ensure the compactness of the lead seal during on-site construction, which effectively ensures the sealing and waterproof performance of the joint.
Mining network cables can also be customized according to user requirements (such as steel belt armor, steel wire armor)
Mining flame-retardant and explosion-proof network cable MHYV4 * 2 * 0.5, mining network cable, coal mine monitoring network cable, mining shielded network cable standard 568A:
Green white -1, green -2, orange white -3, blue -4, blue white -5, orange -6, brown white -7, brown -8
Standard 568B:
Orange white -1, orange -2, green white -3, blue -4, blue white -5, green -6, brown white -7, brown -8
In order to maintain compatibility, the EIA/TIA568B standard is commonly used to make mining network cables. Applying a wiring method in the entire network cabling, but with RJ-45 sockets at both ends of the network connection, whether using 568A or 568B standards, is feasible in the network. The order of twisted pair cables corresponds to the pin numbers of RJ45 connectors. A 10M Ethernet cable uses core wires numbered 1, 2, 3, and 6 to transmit data, while a 100M network card requires four pairs of wires. Due to the 10M network card being able to use Ethernet cables made in 100M format; Moreover, twisted pair cables provide four pairs of wires, so even if a 10M network card is used, the network cable is generally made in a 100M manner.
The standard requires that wires 1, 2, 3, 6, 4, 5, 7, and 8 must be twisted in pairs. This is because in the transmission of data, in order to reduce and alleviate external interference, the data sent and received are transmitted in a differential manner, that is, each pair of wires is twisted together to transmit a differential signal
