Test Principle
Micro leakage non-destructive sealing testerBased on the principle of vacuum attenuation testing, the test sample is placed in a dedicated testing chamber, and the testing chamber is evacuated to create a certain pressure difference inside and outside the packaging. Under the pressure, the gas inside the packaging diffuses into the testing chamber through the leakage hole. By comparing the relationship between the detection time and pressure changes with the standard value, it is determined whether the sample leaks.
