The ELISA antigen antibody response is concentration dependent, not activity dependent.

Notes:
The above specimens need to be sealed and stored. They should be stored at 4 ℃ for less than a week, at -20 ℃ for no more than a month, and at -80 ℃ for a longer period of time.
The specimen should be slowly equilibrated to room temperature before use and should not be heated to dissolve. Hemolysis of specimens can affect the results of subsequent tests, therefore hemolytic specimens are not suitable for this test.
1. Avoid direct contact with the termination solution and substrates A and B. Once in contact with these liquids, please rinse with water as soon as possible.
Do not eat, drink, smoke, or use cosmetics during the experiment.
3. Do not use your mouth to suck any ingredients from the reagent kit.
4. Reagents should be stored according to the label instructions and returned to room temperature before use. The diluted standard should be discarded and cannot be stored.
5. The Flat noodles not used in the experiment shall be immediately put back into the packaging bag and sealed for storage to avoid deterioration.
6. Other unused reagents should be packaged or covered properly. Do not mix reagents of different batches. Use before shelf life.
7. Use disposable suction tips to avoid cross contamination, and avoid using sample dispensers with metal parts when suctioning termination solution and substrates A and B.
8. Use clean plastic containers to prepare detergent. Mix all components and samples in the reagent kit thoroughly before use.
When washing the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plate, it should be thoroughly dried and the absorbent paper should not be directly placed into the ELISA reaction well to absorb water.
10. Substrate A should evaporate and avoid opening the lid for a long time. Substrate B is sensitive to light and should be avoided from prolonged exposure to light. Avoid contact with hands, toxic. After the experiment is completed, the OD value should be read immediately.
11. The order of adding reagents should be consistent to ensure that the incubation time for all reaction plate wells is the same.
12. Incubate according to the time, amount, and sequence indicated in the instructions.
