1: Temperature adjustment: When setting the temperature of this fully automatic granule packaging machine, the setting temperature for horizontal sealing should generally be about 10 ° C higher than that for vertical sealing. Without deforming the packaging material, the higher the setting temperature, the better, and the lower the sealing pressure, the better, in order to extend the service life of the machine;
2: To choose the correct timing for normal material dropping, if the packaging speed of this granule packaging machine increases significantly, the timing of material dropping should be appropriately advanced to avoid horizontal sealing and material clamping caused by the advanced or delayed timing of material dropping, which may affect the packaging quality. If there is material leakage outside the bag maker during material dropping, the position of the lever frame and door lever should be adjusted before adjusting the timing of material dropping.
4: Packaging speed adjustment: Before leaving the factory, the speed of this fully automatic granule packaging machine is adjusted to a lower position. To increase the packaging speed, the speed control knob on the right side of the chassis can be turned clockwise to increase the speed, and counterclockwise to decrease the speed. When increasing the packaging speed, the heat sealing temperature should be appropriately increased at the same time.
5: Heat sealing pressure adjustment: The adjustment of the heat sealing pressure of this fully automatic particle packaging machine is achieved by adjusting the adjustment screws and fastening nuts on the heat sealer. When the horizontal sealing pressure is insufficient, loosen the fastening nut, turn the horizontal sealing adjustment screw clockwise, and then tighten the fastening nut. When the horizontal sealing pressure is too high, do the opposite; When the longitudinal sealing pressure is insufficient, the fastening nut can be loosened, the longitudinal sealing adjustment screw can be turned clockwise, and then the fastening nut can be tightened. When the longitudinal sealing pressure is too high, the opposite is true.
6: Bag making adjustment: When packaging granular materials such as red dates, peanuts, stir fried goods, fertilizer granules, feed granules, and granules, if the packaging bag has a wrong edge after heat sealing, the fully automatic granule packaging machine bag maker should be moved to move it to multiple sides of the wrong edge; If the packaging bag wrinkles horizontally after heat sealing, the bag maker should be pressed down on the wrinkled side or lifted up on the other side. After adjusting to have no wrong edges or wrinkles, the sealing position of the longitudinal seal should have an additional roller indentation of about lrnm to ensure the sealing quality. If the requirements cannot be met, the support screws behind the bag maker and the front and rear positions of the heat sealer can be adjusted until the above requirements are met. Bag making adjustment is the key to ensuring packaging quality and must be patiently and carefully adjusted.
7: When adjusting the heat sealing pressure, attention should be paid to aligning the heat sealed product with the bag maker, and ensuring that the longitudinal sealing of the heat sealer of the fully automatic particle packaging machine is parallel to the paper feeding direction. In general, it is necessary to ensure that the width of the bag's longitudinal and transverse sealing channels is the same. By changing the width of the longitudinal sealing channel, the left and right heat sealers can be moved back and forth, while the width of the transverse sealing channel is determined by manufacturing. If changes are needed, special orders should be placed.
8: When packaging granular materials such as fertilizer granules, bait, feed, seeds, and granules, reducing the pressure on the longitudinal seal is equivalent to applying pressure on the transverse seal when there is a significant difference between the longitudinal seal pressure and the transverse seal pressure. Adjusting the pressure of the granule packaging machine is the key to ensuring the heat sealing effect. During the adjustment process, it is necessary to be patient, meticulous, and repeatedly observe, practice, judge, and adjust. Do not act too hastily to avoid sudden increases or decreases in machine pressure that may affect the normal operation of the machine. The machine with adjusted heat sealing pressure should have a gentle sound and no violent impact noise. If it cannot be adjusted properly, it may also be due to aging or deformation of the heat sealing gasket, or poor packaging materials. After adjustment, tighten all the nuts. At this time, the packaging bag should be flat and free of deformation, or the packaging material should be poor. 2: During operation, attention should be paid to whether the sound of the particle packaging machine is coordinated, and abnormal operating sounds before the accident should be quickly distinguished.
3: After installing the film, if it is not used for a long time, the heat from the longitudinal sealing roller will continue to be transferred to the film, which can burn out the film. At this time, the three back nuts should be rotated clockwise to separate the two rollers from each other.
4: Regularly use a copper brush to clean the surfaces of the longitudinal and transverse sealing rollers of the fully automatic packaging machine for this particle. If the material adheres to the surface of the heating roller, it will cause poor heat sealing and weaken the tension of the longitudinal sealing roller.
