IIIStructure and usage
This slicer consists of the body, transmission, adjustment, and control parts. The structure and usage of each part are introduced as follows:
1、Body and transmission
The lower part of the body is the machine base, which is equipped with an electric motor and electrical accessories inside. The outer part is equipped with an emergency stop switch for starting the electric motor. The upper part of the body is the working part, which is equipped with left and right frames, workbenches, clamping shafts, feeding shafts, and adjustment structures.
When working, start the switch, turn on the motor, the slicer starts running, and the stop switch stops the slicer.
The transmission is driven by a motor, and the main and auxiliary pulleys drive the transmission shaft to rotate. The gears installed at both ends of the transmission shaft respectively drive the lower and upper feeding shafts to rotate, and then the gears on the upper feeding shaft drive the compression shaft to rotate simultaneously.
2、Manipulation and adjustment
The right-hand operating handwheel is usually used for adjustment. When working, this wheel rotates empty.
