Working principle：
The granule packaging machine consists of four parts: frame, feeder, weighing hopper, and electrical box. At the beginning of the packaging work for plastic particles, grains, seeds, stir fry, feed and other particles, the two feeders of this particle quantitative packaging machine feed symmetrically into the hopper at the same time. The feeding process is continuously sampled by the control instrument through the output signal of the sensor, and compared with the large feeding value at any time. When the weight of the material is not less than the large feeding value, the large feeding feeder is automatically stopped, and the remaining small feeding feeder continues to feed fine and compare with the target value. When the weight of the material approaches the target value (weighing value=target value - drop value), the feeding is stopped, and the operator is waiting for bagging. When bagging operation is performed, the induction switch sends a switch signal to the instrument, and the plastic particle packaging machine unloads. When there is no bagging operation, the machine waits until bagging is unloaded.
