Pyroelectric Detector
Design of a pyroelectric detector based on LiTa03 crystal for registering modulated electromagnetic radiation in the millimeter and submillimeter wavelength ranges. Under the modulation of square waves in radiation, the sawtooth signal voltage from the detector is proportional to the radiation intensity. A black filter is installed at the input of the detector to prevent parasitic illumination in the visible and infrared light regions. The detector is equipped with standard BNC connectors.
