1、 Introduction：

ZY-2000EThe computer rotorless vulcanizing instrument uses a computer for temperature control. The computer processes data in a timely manner and can perform statistics, analysis, storage and comparison. It is designed with humanization, easy to operate, and accurate in data, providing data for optimizing rubber formulas.The buttons clicked on the computer mouse of this vulcanizing instrument have the same function as the buttons on the main panel, making it easy for users to operate. The software interface of the computer is quite good, making it extremely convenient to use. Users can measure the burning time, positive vulcanization time, vulcanization index, maximum and minimum torque, etc. It is an ideal equipment for controlling the quality of rubber materials, rapid inspection, and rubber extrusion research in the rubber industry.

ZY-2000EThe Type Rotorless Vulcanizer is a new generation of electromechanical integrated product launched by our factory. It mainly consists of the host, sensors, computer, lower computer data collector, printer, and electrical interlock.

Provide vulcanization curves, vulcanization rate curves, and temperature curves. Single curve testing, continuous testing of any curve, and comparison testing of any curve can be performed on the same interface. The data is stored in the database and all curve data can be printed in real-time or historically.
