  • Learning the principle of alignmentUnderstand the principle of aligning the shaft system by adjusting the spatial position of the three-phase asynchronous motor so that the laser beams on both sides are directed towards the center of the opposite target. Master the method of adjusting the position of the motor using fixtures such as adjusting the base, adjusting blocks, and adjusting bolts.

  • Practical training of centering operationFirstly, install and debug the equipment, and then use a laser centering instrument for initial measurement to obtain misalignment data between the motor and the reducer. structural principle

The reducer is connected to the three-phase asynchronous motor through a universal shaft coupling fixedly installed on the shaft.
