Product Introduction

Bar-positurn2 is an electrical locator designed specifically for rotary pneumatic actuators, and is an economical and robust combination accessory for bar valve control system vacontrol. Bar positionurn2 can be installed on all products with NUMAR (according to VDI/VDE 3845) standards at the top.
The Bar positioner2 mainly consists of two parts: an electromagnetic valve installed at the air source inlet and a control box at the top. It can automatically identify the initial and terminal positions, and the standard output signal includes a pair of passive contact signals for opening and closing, as well as a 4-20mA (or 0-10V) signal. Therefore, the Bar position switch can not only be used as a locator for adjustment, but also as a limit switch box that can automatically identify the position.
Bar stationurn2 uses three-point four wire technology and a power supply voltage of 24V DC. It can be connected to all actuators at the top of the NUMA standard through a bracket. However, if the Actubar series pneumatic actuator developed by BAR is used, seamless connection can be achieved, that is, it can be directly installed on the top of the actuator without the need for installation brackets or any installation gaps. The advantage of this is that it can reduce the number of air pipes connected between the actuator and the locator, minimizing the loss of the air source. The overall appearance of the product is also very compact and beautiful, reducing installation space.
The Bar position is adjusted by a special control valve installed at the NAMUR interface of the actuator. The adjustment angle is measured by a photoelectric position sensor. By comparing the set angle with the actual value, the solenoid valve is driven, and the actuator is in an air lock state under stable working conditions. The status of the locator is presented by four different colored LED lights at the top, and the position indication at the top also makes the position of the valve accurately visible.
It is not like many locator manufacturers that have built-in solenoid valves/piezoelectric valves, which can reduce the locator's requirement for air source purity and minimize the damage of the air source to the control components. And the volume of the locator has also been greatly reduced, saving installation space.
The Bar positioner2 locator is divided into single acting and double acting, where the double acting can achieve two states: fault protection and fault reset.
The second generation of Bar positioner2 integrates a third position function on the basis of the first generation, which can be switched by customers themselves through a knob: adjustment mode/third position mode. The third position function can be set to any position between 0 ° and 180 °, suitable for users who do not need to adjust various angles but only need to reduce traffic, which can greatly extend the service life of the locator. Material transportation is particularly suitable.
