1、 Product Usage

Precision ovens are used for drying, baking, wax melting, and sterilization in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory laboratories, research institutions, etc.

2、 Box structure dimensions

• 1. Internal dimensions: 100 (W) × 120 (H) × 80 (D) ± 1cm;

• 2. External dimensions: 122 (W) × 178 (H) × 96 (D) ± 1cm; based on the actual product

• 3. The controller is located above the machine, and the two doors open from right to left;

• 4. The internal material is mirror stainless steel plate with a thickness of 1.0mm;

• 5. The outer material is SECC steel plate with a thickness of ≥ 1.2mm and treated with powder coating paint;

• 6. The insulation material is 100K high-density glass rock wool with a thickness of 100mm, which has good insulation performance and maximizes temperature insulation.

• 7. Internally divided into two layers, two stainless steel grating plates (mesh shaped);

• 8. The material used for sealing is high-temperature resistant silicone strip;

• 9. No glass windows;

• 10. Configure activity casters and fixed feet.

3、 Parameters and temperature control system

• 1. The temperature control is PID microcomputer, which can automatically calculate and display PV/SV simultaneously. It can be set with buttons to any temperature value between room temperature and maximum temperature (Taiwan Taisong);

• 2. Timer setting, 99.9 seconds to 999 hours (can choose to set hours, minutes, seconds)

b. Temperature up timer, time up to cut off heating current (end alarm device)

• 3. Temperature sensing power CA (K) TYPE temperature sensing head;

• 4. Output is 3-32V;

• 5. The current controller is controlled by solid-state relays for power output, and by temperature controlled PID microcomputer contacts for output. The signal automatically adjusts the output ratio and can accurately control the overshoot accuracy of temperature (Yangming, Taiwan);

• 6. The heating material is a stainless steel heater;

• 7. Temperature range RT~250 ℃;

• 8. Heating rate: RT-100 ℃ for about 15 minutes;

• 9. Control accuracy: ± 1 ℃;

• 10. Uniformity of temperature distribution inside the box: ± 4 ℃ (unloaded).

4、 Air supply system

• 1. Forced horizontal air supply circulation, the air source is driven by the circulation motor to drive the wind wheel through the electric heater, and the hot air is sent to the inside of the oven through the air duct. After use, the hot air is sucked into the air duct to become the air source for further circulation and heating, thereby reducing energy loss and ensuring temperature uniformity inside the box. When the temperature drops due to the opening of the door, the air supply circulation system can quickly restore the working state temperature value.

• 2. The motor is a long axis high-temperature resistant type with a power of 1hp/50Hz (Taiwan).

• 3. The 10.5-inch wind turbine is a multi blade turbine type.

• 4. Equipped with adjustable air deflectors inside.

• 5. There is an air inlet at the rear and two sets of exhaust outlets above, with adjustable exhaust volume.

5、 Power supply device

Voltage: 380V, three-phase power: 8KW

6、 Security protection system

• 1. Overtemperature protection system: When the temperature is out of control due to external forces, this system will automatically stop the power supply of the whole machine when it exceeds the set temperature by 10 degrees, thus protecting the safety of your product and machine;

• 2. Fuse and overcurrent protection system: When the power of the whole machine exceeds normal power due to high voltage or other reasons, the system will automatically power off to protect the industrial control components of the whole machine from damage;

• 3. Motor overheating protection to prevent motor damage caused by overheating, phase sequence protection.
