Principle of AlignmentThe reducer is connected to the three-phase asynchronous motor through a universal shaft coupling fixedly installed on the shaft. The three-phase asynchronous motor is adjusted using fixtures, and the adjustment base is installed on the slide rail of the work platform through the bottom groove. The motor is fixed in the center of the adjustment base surface. There are four sets of adjustment blocks installed on the working platforms on both sides of the adjustment base, each set of adjustment blocks is equipped with a laser alignment instrument and a target. By adjusting the mechanism to change the spatial position of the three-phase asynchronous motor, the laser beams on both sides are directed towards the center of the opposite target, achieving axis alignment.
