Thermo Scientific ™ UltiMate ™ The 3000 basic automatic system provides unique LC and entry-level UHPLC functions without affecting other performance. The integrated automatic sampler and constant temperature column incubator provide precise retention time and the ability to fine tune backpressure, resolution, and speed. This automatic basic system has adjustable gradient delay volume, quaternary or isocratic pumps, and good flow stability, making it the perfect choice for teaching or medium sample flux, routine applications.

Suggested use

Suitable for medium throughput laboratories that require LC and entry-level UHPLC capabilities and are investing in their first system. As an entry-level LC/UHPLC kit, this automatic module system can be expanded with additional detectors, a more spacious column temperature chamber, or using column exchange technology.

The typical application areas are teaching laboratories or quality control laboratories with moderate sample processing requirements. It is recommended to use a quaternary pump in methods that use traditional 3-5 µ m or UHPLC sub 2 µ m particle size chromatography columns. These methods can accept medium velocity gradient reactions to achieve higher mobile phase flexibility, such as multiple solvents, long-term column cleaning, ternary or quaternary gradients. A four channel solvent deaerator is integrated into the pump module to simplify operation.
