Typical equipment and structure

Taking the VALENIAN-SAT600 universal axis centering training platform as an example, it mainly includes tooling fixtures, universal axes, fixture components with laser indicator coarse adjustment, three-phase asynchronous motors, work platforms, reducers, tool and material cabinets, measuring tool drawers, and electrical control boxes. The work platform is installed on the training desk, the reducer is fixed on the left, the three-phase asynchronous motor is installed on the right through an adjustment mechanism, the tool and material cabinet and measuring drawer are located inside the box, and the electrical control box is installed in the middle left position of the training desk.

Principle of Alignment

The reducer is connected to the three-phase asynchronous motor through a universal shaft coupling fixedly installed on the shaft. The three-phase asynchronous motor is adjusted through mechanisms such as adjustment bases, adjustment blocks, and adjustment bolts in the fixture. The adjustment base is installed on the slide rail of the work platform through the bottom groove, and the motor is fixed in the center of the adjustment base surface. There are four sets of adjustment blocks installed on the working platforms on both sides of the adjustment base, each set of adjustment blocks is equipped with a laser alignment instrument and a target. By adjusting the mechanism to change the spatial position of the three-phase asynchronous motor, the laser beams on both sides are directed towards the center of the opposite target, achieving axis alignment.
