3. Cable usage: Mobile power distribution equipment and mining machinery with AC rated voltage of 6kV and below; Copper core rubber insulated rubber sheathed flexible cable for lifting and transportation machinery.
4 Usage characteristics:
The rated voltage of the cable is 6kV; the long-term operating temperature of the cable is+65 ℃.
The minimum bending radius of a cable is 6 times the diameter of the cable.
The chloroprene rubber or mixed rubber mainly composed of chloroprene rubber used for cable sheath shall not be tested for oil resistance and non flammability.
5 Technical performance:
The direct current resistance of the conductor at 20 ℃ is shown in the table above.
The insulation resistance between finished cable cores, converted to a length of 1km and a temperature of 20 ℃, should not be less than 100 megaohms.
The main cores of the finished cable and between the main cores and the grounding wire should be able to withstand an AC voltage test of 50 Hz 15000 volts for 5 minutes without breakdown.
