Vertical single door oven

Used in electronics, transformers, electroplating, signage, power capacitors, chemical industry, and also suitable for the drying and baking industry of other products. A strong air circulation system combining horizontal and vertical air supply with unique design, achieving temperature uniformity.
Structure: The drying oven is made of angle steel, Pu steel plate, and stainless steel plate. Aluminum silicate fiber insulation is filled between the outer shell and the working chamber. Two sets of far-infrared heaters are installed on the left and right parts of the working chamber, respectively. The right part is heated by a switch that controls the power on and off separately. An intelligent and digital temperature controller is used, with P, I, and D adjustment functions.

Usage and precautions:1. This type of oven should work indoors and be installed smoothly. 2. The power input should be equipped with a dedicated front-end on/off switch and properly grounded. 3. The power supply, voltage, and power wiring must be checked for accuracy before being powered on for use. 4. When newly purchased or stored for a long time, it is recommended to first bake at a low temperature of 80-100 ℃ for two hours before starting to raise the temperature to facilitate moisture leakage, enhance insulation performance, and extend the life of the ceramic parts. 5. The thermal sensor probe for instrument temperature control should be inserted into the working chamber from the temperature measuring hole on the left side of the circuit, and should not be inserted from the center hole of the air valve on the top of the box to avoid affecting its use. 6. When using this drying oven for the first time, please observe it carefully to avoid overheating and damaging the workpiece, which may cause losses. 7. If you feel a slight increase in thermal inertia during use, you can turn off a set of heaters to reduce the heating power and prevent overheating caused by excessive inertia. 8. Take in the baking object: Do not hit the temperature controller part that extends into the studio to prevent damage to the temperature controller and malfunction. 9. Avoid baking explosive, flammable, and volatile materials in this box to prevent explosions. 10. If there is a malfunction, please have a professional electrician repair it. 11. When leaving the factory, there are two shelves in the studio, one manual, and one certificate of conformity.
