The power must be cut off in order to perform the following operations
1. After the machine is powered on, the motor does not run.	1. Poor contact of power cord or loose power plug; 2. Poor switch contact.	1. Repair the power supply or replace the plug with the same specifications; 2. Repair or replace switches of the same specifications.
2. When this mechanism pills, the axis knife rotates or the medicine surface sticks to the groove.	The discharge baffle is loose, creating a distance from the bottom of the shaft cutter, and the pill cannot be scraped off from the groove of the shaft cutter.	Adjust to the bottom distance between the discharge plate and the shaft cutter groove (approximately 0.1mm) and tighten the fixing screws.
3. When the machine is working, the motor suddenly stops rotating.	1. Capacitor open circuit. 2. The gear is stuck.	Check if there are any debris in the gear groove and clean it properly.
4. When the machine is working, there is slight jumping of the shaft cutter.	Loose compression block screw	Open the upper cover and tighten the 6 hexagon socket screws evenly.
5. The machine produces abnormal noise during operation.	1. The friction area between the shaft cutter and the machine body is dry and oil-free; 2. There is no oil between the gears.	1. Inject a few drops of clean cooking oil into the oil hole; 2. Apply a small amount of butter to each gear groove.
6. Heater heating failure.	1. Loose plug or power cord detachment;	Replace the plug with the same specification or repair the power socket;
