Instructions for Use

1. Wiring: First, connect the electronic control system to a 220V power supply (using a 6mm2 cable), turn on the power, the power is connected, the red indicator light is on, the temperature control instrument displays the ambient temperature, and check if the voltage on the voltmeter is normal. The temperature control system (220V).

2. Calibrate temperature control instrument: Turn the temperature control instrument to the set position and check if the set temperature is within the temperature range required for cable crimping (note: it has been set at around 160 ℃ before leaving the factory). Rotate clockwise to increase the temperature, counterclockwise to decrease the temperature, and then turn it back to the temperature measurement position.

3. According to the size, number, length, and model of the cable, select the required code and install the cable tray.

4. Heating: Activate the heating button (green), the green light will turn on and the red light will turn off. Start heating. When the temperature reaches around 160 ℃, place the cable on it and wait for 15 minutes. Open the card mold and remove the cable. Do not wait too long, which will affect the quality of the cable. The crimping is completed.
