Overview
This series of metal balers can extrude various metal waste materials (such as scraps, shavings, scrap steel, scrap aluminum, scrap stainless steel, scrapped cars, etc.) into qualified furnace materials in various shapes such as rectangular, octagonal, cylindrical, etc. This can reduce transportation and smelting costs, as well as improve furnace feeding efficiency. Metal strapping machines are mainly suitable for steel mills, recycling industries, and non-ferrous and black metal smelting industries. All models use hydraulic drive and can be operated manually or automatically with PCL control. There are different methods of discharging, such as flipping the package, flipping the package forward, pushing the package sideways, pushing the package forward, and manually picking up the package. No need to install foot screws, diesel engines can be used for power in areas without power supply. The squeezing force ranges from 100 tons to 1000 tons, and the production efficiency ranges from 1 ton to 30 tons per hour. The size of the compression chamber (i.e. the size of the material box) can be designed and customized according to user requirements.

The Y81 series hydraulic metal strapping machine is suitable for steel mills, recycling and processing industries, as well as non-ferrous and black metal smelting industries. Various metal scraps, steel shavings, scrap steel, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, etc. can be extruded into qualified furnace materials in various shapes such as rectangular, cylindrical, octagonal, etc., to reduce transportation and smelting costs. (1) All models use hydraulic drive. Manual or PLC automatic control operation can be selected.
