The YTPF-150MF diaphragm pressure gauge is composed of a universal pressure gauge of different types and an isolator consisting of a connecting body and a diaphragm isolator with specific requirements. Through this connection, the commonly used Bourdon tube pressure gauge has increased its ability to measure the pressure of highly corrosive, high-temperature, viscous, or solid floating matter containing, easily solidified media.

YTPF-150MF diaphragm pressure gaugeWidely used in the production processes of industries such as stonemasons, chemicals, chlor alkali, chemical fibers, pharmaceuticals, steel, and food to measure the pressure of various fluid media.
The structural principle of the isolation diaphragm deforms under the pressure P of the measured medium, compressing the working fluid filled inside to form a pressure P 'equivalent to P. Through the conduction of the working fluid, the free end of the elastic element in the pressure instrument deforms accordingly, and the pressure value measured is displayed according to the working principle of the pressure instrument that matches it.
Main technical indicators of diaphragm pressure gauge
1) Temperature effect: The temperature effect is related to the expansion coefficient of the sealing liquid, the stiffness of the diaphragm, and the temperature of the compressed part, especially for small range pressure instruments, the impact is more significant. When the instrument is used with a temperature deviation of 20 ± 5 ℃, the rate of change in the displayed value should not exceed 0.1%/℃ for rigidity and 0.1+0.025L%/℃ for flexibility (remote connection) (L - length of pressure transmission conduit m).
2) Liquid level difference of sealing fluid: When the pressure part of the diaphragm pressure gauge is installed in a different position from the universal pressure gauge, especially for diaphragm gauges connected by hoses, the influence of liquid level difference on pressure should be considered. As shown in the figure, if the specific gravity of the sealing working fluid is equal to 1 and the drop is 1m, the pressure difference is about 0.01MPa. )
3) Corrosion resistance: The corrosion resistance of diaphragm meters can be ensured by selecting appropriate materials for the diaphragm, flange, and sealing gasket in contact with the measuring medium.
Diaphragm material: 0Cr7Ni12Mo2Ti (316L); Monel alloy (Cu30Ni70); Hastelloy alloy (H276C); Tantalum (Ta) and fluoroplastic (F4).
Flange material: Stainless steel 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 (316); Stainless steel lined with fluoroplastic (316+F4).
Sealing gasket material: rubber; Fluororubber; Silicone rubber and fluoroplastics.
4) Selection of flanges:
