The INFORS desktop flagship bioreactor is the flagship product of INFORS off site sterilization bioreactor. It is a laboratory desktop bioreactor with unique, flexible, easy to operate, and minimal footprint technology. It adopts X-DDC control system, color touch screen display, powerful expansion function, and supports up to 24 fermentation parameter controls.   • Adopting the X-DDC microprocessor system, the display mode is controlled by a color touch screen, and the operation panel can be moved freely to add fermentation units. Can monitor stirring (30-300rpm), temperature (0-70 ℃), pH (2-14) ,pO2 (0-100%), Quality flow rate, defoaming, replenishment, gas mixing and other parameters.
  • More extended controls: can be increased to 24 parameters, including turbidity, biomass, and outlet gas analysis, (CO2O2)、 Quality (connected balance), pressure, glucose, methanol, etc.
  • Tank specification selection: 2.0L/1.0L; 3.6L/2.5L; 7.5L/5.0L; 10L/7L; 13L/10L。

  1. Adopting an integrated off-site sterilization method, it is easy to disassemble and install, reducing the probability of bacterial infection.
  2. pO2The menu can be controlled with various parameters, and users can customize cascade parameters and cascade priorities according to experimental conditions. Horizontal or vertical cascades can be set to precisely control pO2.
  3. Cell culture is carried out using mechanical stirring at a speed of 30-300rpm, with a Marin stirrer specifically designed for cell culture.
  4. The storage card quickly records all set parameters and graphics, making it easy for users to call them directly for the next experiment, ensuring the safety of key experimental data. Labfors5's control system can simultaneously control six Labfors 5 main control units. Four high-precision automatic peristaltic pumps, which can also be manually controlled, are integrated and easy to disassemble and install. They can complete high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization, saving more operation time. All pumps are programmable and can be set for 0-100% precision control of a cycle. It can be increased to 5 as needed. The injection volume can reach 17.9ml/min.
  5. Air intake method: The rotary flow meter controls the gas flow rate, and a mass flow meter can be selected to accurately measure and control the intake volume. A single gas (air) or a gas mixing station (Air+O2+N2+CO2+Headplace Air) can be selected, and the inlet and outlet filters are 0.2um membrane filters.
  6. The new sterile sampling system is capable of high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization, and features a special one-way valve design, eliminating the hassle of bacterial contamination during the sampling process. The Iris control software of 4Infors records the biological reaction process in real time, supports online monitoring and remote monitoring of all parameters, and has real-time curves. In addition to basic process monitoring methods, the IRIS software can also be programmed to control and feedback control another parameter through changes in conditions such as one parameter, alarm information, and inoculation time. There is also a unique tracking fermentation function that can completely reproduce the previous fermentation process, better achieving the goal of repeated fermentation. Can be used in conjunction with exhaust gas analyzer to display fermentation process parameters such as CEROURRQKLA in real-time by adding calculation parameters.
