1. Triple sterilization system, very suitable for long-term cell culture needs

  • Antibacterial cultivation chamber surface, antibacterial surface treatment, all microorganisms that settle on the surface of the box will be directly killed, with a sterilization effect>105 times, which can kill various microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi. Due to contact killing, it is absolutely safe for the cells inside the culture bottle and does not cause any harm to the operators. The antibacterial surface can maintain its effectiveness for more than 10 years even under UV light irradiation and detergent cleaning, and will not weaken over time. Each device comes with a label and qualification certificate (installed in the operating manual).
  • UVThe sterilization unit can effectively kill floating bacteria inside the box. As the UV lamp is shielded behind the partition, the gas inside the box is exchanged around the lamp tube through the circulation system for sterilization, so it will not affect the cells inside the culture bottle.
  • INFORS provides customers with a mobile sterilization system that can completely kill all pollutants such as bacteria, fungi, viruses, spores, etc. The sterilization effect can be fully tracked and validated.

2. Intuitively controlled touch panel

  • The newly designed touch control panel features advanced light sensitive buttons and an independent display unit, allowing you to view any parameters of the cultivation process at any time. The newly designed menu display provides you with very simple and intuitive operations. More features, such as timers and intelligent remote control, provide you with more convenient choices.

The touch operation interface is a solution tested and optimized by users, psychologists, and industry experts together. You can easily control the switch of a certain parameter and change its value without specialized training.

  • Accurate control and monitoring

With just a touch of the button, the controller responds and the timer can control the time parameter. Therefore, you can edit a temperature curve and let the incubator automatically control it, so you can have a very easy weekend.

  • Beautiful appearance

The display area shows temperature and speed. If there are more than two control parameters, the monitor can automatically switch displays, or you can manually switch through the keys. By displaying enlarged numbers and clear symbols on the monitor, you can observe from a further distance. Each function on the button has a different color assignment, making it easier for you to operate.

3. Double layered glass door

  • The double-layer safety glass doors inside and outside have good thermal insulation performance, allowing the shaking table to observe the internal shaking bottles (with refrigeration system) well even at room temperature below 23 ℃. A flat surface is also easy to clean.

4. Flexible placement method

  • It can be used on a single floor or on a platform, or stacked in two or three layers. When stacked in three layers, the top pallet can be pulled out at a height of only 1.3 meters from the ground, making it easy for experimenters to operate.

5. Pull down, load-bearing incubator door

  • Pull down and load-bearing incubator door, when fully opened, automatically forms an operating platform that can pull out the oscillation tray 100%, making it easy to take and place sample bottles. The operation is simple and fast, greatly improving space utilization. The oscillation plate is dragged out and pushed back along a dedicated guide rail, and is automatically locked with a locking mechanism after being placed in place. Therefore, the oscillation plate will never move misplaced. There are also sliding bearings on the guide rail, which can easily drag heavy load-bearing pallets (>35Kg).

6. Direct Clean Humidification System

  • INFORSHumidification and humidity control kit, using stainless steel heating plates with precise temperature control for humidification, can ensure stable and reliable humidity control, greatly avoiding the drawbacks of traditional humidification methods.
  • If humidification is required, the control water inlet solenoid valve will automatically open, and water droplets will drip onto the 316L stainless steel heating plate at 140 ℃. The high-temperature heating plate will quickly vaporize water into molecular water vapor while sterilizing, and use its own volume to expand into the incubator. With the internal circulation system of the incubator, it will quickly spread throughout the entire incubator.
  • Due to the complete vaporization of liquid water into free molecular water at high temperatures, water vapor is not easily condensed in the incubator, achieving a humidification effect that greatly avoids the drawbacks of traditional ultrasonic humidification, where water vapor is prone to secondary condensation.
  • High temperature humidification also has a sterilizing effect, avoiding the drawbacks of traditional humidification that can easily grow miscellaneous bacteria in the storage tank and cause bacterial contamination.
  • The self expansion of water vapor can transmit over a distance of more than 2 meters.

7. Standard measurement perforation unit

  • Used for installing measurement sensors and instruments to track and measure the culture inside the culture bottle, or to measure and validate various parameters inside the culture box. Each Multitron Cell comes standard with two measurement perforation units, which are installed on the left or right side of the box. Each measurement unit has four variable diameter perforations, which can be used to install various sensors such as temperature, pH, DO, CO2 concentration meters or measuring tubes (as shown in the 8mm diameter measuring tube on the right). It can also be used to introduce various gases such as Air, N2, O2, etc. during culture bag cultivation.

8. One time molded reinforced polyurethane cavity

  • A reinforced polyurethane cavity with a stainless steel front edge fixing bracket and locking unit, which not only ensures good insulation effect, but also enhances the sealing effect of the box and the stability and safety of operation.

9. Super flat surface design

  • The ultra flat surface design, due to the use of a new magnetic drive design, eliminates the need for complex driving units at the bottom of the box. The white ultra flat surface of the box is treated with antibacterial properties, making it easy to thoroughly clean the box at any time.

10. Customers can easily adjust the oscillation amplitude according to their needs

  • Customers can adjust the amplitude of the oscillation incubator according to their needs. INFORS offers three amplitude options: 12,5, 25, and 50mm.

11. Waterproof design for the inner cavity of the box, with a liquid guide groove and outlet at the bottom

  • All electronic components and power supply units are either top mounted or externally mounted, making it easy to clean the box in any situation, even by washing it directly with water.

12 Multitron CellCultivation bag adaptation unit

Multitron CellProviding great flexibility for customer cell culture, customers can easily use any container for cultivation on one device, including microporous plates, deep hole plates, culture tanks, culture bottles, disposable culture bags, etc. Almost all culture bags on the market are suitable, with volumes ranging from 1L to 20L. The maximum carrying capacity of a single-layer incubator is 20L (with a working volume of 10L).

13. Box for microtiter plates

  • Installing a filter on the lid of the sterilization and moisturizing box can ensure the effective passage of various gases, mainly CO2 and O2, but can also isolate foreign bacteria from entering the box and effectively reduce the evaporation of water in the culture medium. For example, the water evaporation rate of 150 μ L culture medium within 24 hours is less than 0.3%.
  • The antibacterial moisturizing box can be sterilized under high pressure.
  • It can be placed directly on the INFORS adhesive sheet (upto150rpm) or fixed on a universal pallet (up to 400 rpm), and each pallet can hold 3 moisturizing boxes.
  • Loading capacity: 18 microporous plates or 12 deep hole plates.

14. Autoclave storage unit capable of high-pressure sterilization and humidification

  • It is possible to supply water to three incubators simultaneously for humidification, such as supplying water to a three-layer stacked oscillating incubator for humidification.
  • Liquid storage bottles, filters, and pipelines can all be sterilized under high pressure.
  • The liquid storage unit can provide water humidification for a single-layer oscillating incubator for more than 20 days; It can supply water and humidify to the three-layer oscillation incubator for more than 3 days.

15. Cell culture bag special kit

INFORSBased on decades of experience in oscillating culture chambers, a specialized kit for cell culture bags has been developed, which has various characteristics that traditional culture methods do not have:

  • Suitable for the cultivation of mammalian and insect cells, suitable for the cultivation of all eukaryotic cells, after rigorous experimental testing, it has the same oscillation effect as a seesaw oscillator, and has advantages that seesaw oscillators do not have, such as strict oscillation repeatability, multi parameter control function, cell adaptation to circular motion culture environment, which is conducive to further expansion of culture in the reactor.
  • The gas mixing station can blow air and CO2 into the culture bag, and INFORS provides customers with a complete set of culture equipment, allowing them to easily start cell culture experiments.
  • Excellent temperature control, the temperature sensor is directly pressed under the culture bag, which can accurately detect the temperature of the culture medium inside the bag. PID temperature control technology ensures accurate and uniform temperature control, and after cultivation, it can be directly used as a seed tank to inoculate into large INFORS cell culture tanks without complex transfer processes.
  • The cell culture bag shaker can be used by adding relevant accessories to the INFORS Multitron Cell shaker incubator, which will not cause significant budget issues for customers. Therefore, the cell culture bag shaker can also be cultured using shake flasks, test tubes, microplates, Fernbach culture flasks, etc.
  • INFORS offers three types of culture bags: 3 x 2 L, 2 x 10 L, or 1 x 20 L.
