Provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, cities specifically designated in the state plan, and education equipment industry associations, education technology equipment centers (offices), electronic education museums, units under the Ministry of Education, and relevant units of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:
The preparations for the 87th China Education Equipment Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the "Education Equipment Exhibition") have been basically completed. In order to ensure the smooth holding of the Education Equipment Exhibition, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Time and location
1. Time:
On April 20th, liaison officers from each province reported for duty.
From April 21st to 23rd, exhibitors and resident representatives will register and prepare their credentials for the exhibition; The special booth will start setting up on April 21st.
The exhibition will be held from April 24th to 26th.
After 14:00 on April 26th, the exhibition will be withdrawn and evacuated.
2. Exhibition location: China Western International Expo City International Exhibition Center
Please refer to attachments 1, 2, and 3 for the transportation guide, location diagram, and exhibition hall distribution diagram.
3. Registration location:
Chengdu Qinhuang Holiday Hotel: Provincial liaison officers and resident representatives report.
Office 6-1A-5, mezzanine, Hall 6, Western China International Expo City: Exhibitors check-in.
4. Online exhibition viewing: follow the "Education Equipment Network" or "Teaching Clothes Exhibition" WeChat official account, click "Teaching Clothes Exhibition" below to enter the "87th Online Teaching Clothes Exhibition" to obtain booth maps, and intelligently search for enterprise booths, exhibits and application cases.

4、 Exhibition and participation
1. Online registration. Please follow the "Education Equipment Network" or "Teaching Clothes Exhibition" WeChat official account, click the "Registration Entrance" at the lower right corner of the official account to enter the "Spectator Registration", fill in the relevant information with real name and generate the registration QR code. You can enter the exhibition by the registration QR code.
2. On site registration. On April 24-25 (8:30-16:00) and 26 (9:00-11:30) in the Western China International Expo City, scan the on-site QR code and follow the "Educational Equipment Network" or "Teaching Clothes Exhibition" WeChat official account, click the "Registration Entrance" at the lower right corner of the official account to enter the "Audience Registration", fill in the relevant information and generate the registration QR code, and you can enter the exhibition by the registration QR code.
No fees will be charged for viewing or attending the exhibition, and transportation and accommodation expenses will be borne by oneself.Welcome all relevant units to actively organize relevant personnel to attend the meeting for observation and learning.
5、 Notice to Exhibitors
1. Register and sign up. Please follow the "Education Equipment Network" or "Teaching Clothes Exhibition" WeChat official account, enter the "Exhibitor Real Name Registration" at the "Registration Entrance", fill in the relevant information of the exhibitors according to the steps, and obtain the registration QR code (a company can only register once, and the QR code is unique).
2. Obtain identification documents. Exhibitors are requested to report to the "Exhibitor Registration Office" located at the 6-1A-5 office on the mezzanine of Hall 6 of the Western China International Expo City on April 21st (13:30-17:30) and April 22-23 (9:00-17:30), collect the "Exhibitor Information Collection Card", and then present the registration QR code to the "Certificate Processing Service" in the lobby of Hall 1, Hall 9, or Hall 16 of the exhibition hall to exchange for the "Exhibitor Card" and conference materials.
